January 20, 2010:	Raising the Bar (or “I learned about flying from that!”) The BFC’s David Cox will presentstatistics and look at the most common causes of flying accidents. Share your stories of past flying experiences that have helped you improve your flying performance, proficiency, preparedness, competency, safety and also the enjoyment of this great passion of ours. This “TOUGH-LOVE” session will outline David’s observations over the past years of some of the behaviours that need to be addressed to ensure that none of us become a statistic in an annual summary report.
February 17, 2010:	Interactive Round Table – Part 1 Come and join Transport Canada’s Mark Dixon and Michel Treskin as they team up to present an interactive flight scenario where time, weather and equipment issues will keep you on your toes as you work with other aviators in small groups for a mystery flight to parts unknown.
March 10, 2010:	Interactive Round Table – Part 2 Transport Canada’s Mark Dixon returns to provide a different educational learning scenario with unique challenges in another workgroup exercise for you and your fellow aviators. This small workgroup format will permit spirited discussions and multiple solutions to the various exercise scenarios, with numerous learning opportunities to be enjoyed by all.
April 21, 2010:	Floats on the Water Our annual float-flying seminar held in conjunction with the Ontario Seaplane Association. Speaker topics and synopses to follow.
May 19, 2010:	Cleared for Take-off This final seminar of this series is our annual spring/summer tune-up session and rust remover. Come out to find out ways to get both you AND your flying machine ready for the summer flying season in the warm temperatures, long daylight and lazy, hazy days of summer!
